If you wish, it is possible to put your buildings up for auction. Put your building "on sale" in the auction room. It will remain with the "for sale" status until another player bids on it or the owner withdraws it from the auction. However, once the first bid is made the player can no longer withdraw the building from auction and a 5 hour countdown begins. Once this 5 hour countdown is over, the building goes to the highest bidder. If the auction comes down to the last 2 minutes and a bid is made, the auction timer is reset back to 2 minutes. Once you bid on a building, you cannot withdraw your bid.
